Shipping Included:
Goosecross will cover 100% of your shipping on Full Case (12-750ml
bottle) orders, shipped to any single address (exceptions may
apply). Purchaser will be required to pay all insurance and
applicable taxes.
Fill your shopping cart with whichever wines you prefer, and
shipping will automatically be included in the price of your Full
Case (12-bottle) order.
The order form reflects the estimated shipping of your order;
the actual shipping charge will be calculated and included in the
charges reflected on your shipping document and/or credit card
bill.
Due to the nature of shipping wine
products which can degrade, spoil, or break if not packed and
shipped properly, please allow approximately three weeks from the
date of your order to receive wine products.
At the discretion of the winery, we may select to ship your wine
order "air" versus "ground" due to inclement weather conditions.
Shipping "air" is usually for wine quality preservation and does
not necessarily speed delivery time.
Delivery: Due to the
complexities involved with shipping wine, we cannot guarantee the
date you will receive your shipment under any circumstance.
However, we will make every effort to get the wine to the
designated party as soon as possible. If you require the wine to be
delivered by a specific date, please clearly indicate this
information when ordering or call the winery toll free at (800)
276-9210.
Any re-routing requested by the customer or recipient once the
shipment is in transit will result in a minimum $10 charge to the
customer and will be identified as a separate line item on your
credit card statement.
FedEx and UPS will not honor "signature
on file" requests for wine shipments. An adult signature
will be required for delivery at time of delivery.
Wine products are not available from Goosecross to anyone under
the age of 21 years - no exceptions!
